A "TWO-AGENT TEAM" IS MUCH BETTER THAN A "LARGE TEAM":  We do ALL of the services OURSELVES and do NOT relegate to others.  When you work with just TWO agents, there is no miscommunication and no confusion and much less stress in selling (or buying) a home than dealing with other "large team members" with their varying experience levels and different personalities!  With "large teams", the point of contact could be constantly shifting and changing, which could lead to a poor agent-client relationship.  Moreover, "large teams" are not often well-run as they purport to be.  Some "large team" members may be "good" agents, but some may be just "bad", inexperienced, and unreliable.  Lastly, "specialization" (ie, just a "listing agent" or just a "buying agent") in a "large team" can be limiting, resulting in a lack of understanding of all aspects of a real estate transaction.
